TERMS OF SERVICE.
Custom work Terms of Service are as follows:
1) All sales are final. All payments and deposits are not refundable.
2) All special orders require a 50% down payment before any work will be started or supplies ordered. Payment plan terms are available upon request.
3) All arrangements are made from artificial flowers. Please advise of any latex allergies as some of the flowers I use contain latex.
4) In-progress photos will be supplied via Facebook Messenger when items are being worked on so that alterations to be made regarding the basic design before work has been completed.
5) Alicia Robichaud is not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to colour variations. Be very specific regarding your colours. Provide examples if possible for the best possible match. I.e. “Purple” is not specific; Lilac Purple or a photo/dress swatch is better.
6) Special orders are to be paid in full and picked up within 30 days of completion. Customers will be notified via Facebook Messenger and/ or email that their order has been finished. Alicia Robichaud is willing to work with you (the client) regarding target completion dates/pick-up dates requested.
7) Shipping is available upon request for clients outside Saint John, NB. The client will be charged a shipping fee based on the size of the order for any locations within Canada. Shipping is not available outside of Canada.
8) All orders will be completed well before the event date. In most cases, a minimum of one month prior is possible.
9) Once the product has been picked up, the sale is final. Please inspect the product upon pick-up to make sure it is what you, the client, wanted. The only exception is if there are pieces missing that were ordered. In that case, please notify Alicia Robichaud right away and those pieces will be made up within 5 to 7 days.
10) Payment forms accepted are E-transfer, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is an additional charge of $7 for any credit card.
